Moonraker Development Services is an established independent consultancy. It provides a bespoke range of core management skills, leadership and team development, HR Business Partner capability building programmes, business and personal coaching and coaching supervision services. Rathmhor partners with Moonraker to support their flagship influencing and communication skills programme in particular, working with global clients from the home entertainment and communications sector and the oil and gas industry.
The connection with OPDC runs to more than ten years. Their bespoke management and leadership training ignited Campbell's interest in the world of staff development. Other collaborations have included an intermediate coaching skills course pilot, and a unique webinar within the domain of account management in global outsourcing.
This inspirational organisation designed and implemented the ICF-accredited training programme undertaken by Rathmhor's founder in 2006. Owner, Lisa Wynn, has been an important mentor in Rathmhor's journey to date.
The AC aims to actively advance education and best practice in coaching. Campbell is an associate member and takes advantage of their extensive CPD offerings. AC events are organised on a local, national and international basis, and the organisation has established itself as a very credible professional body for aspiring and experienced coaches alike.
One of Rathmhor's first achievements was the award of PRISM Practitioner status in January 2013. PRISM Brain Mapping is the world’s most comprehensive, online, neuroscience-based behaviour profiling instrument.
