Unusual in spending 20 years with the same large European IT services and consultancy business, I had the opportunity to deliver a wide variety of roles.
Initially a project manager, I navigated my way through resource manager, bid manager, facilitator and consultant roles along the way. But it was the role of staff manager which lit the fire. In this, I was able to support a range of staff in the planning, development and achievement of their career goals at Logica. That felt good.
In 2006, accepted onto only the second intake for accredited internal coach training within the company, I developed my business and personal coaching skills and achieved an ICF-recognised qualification as a coach. I spent the next six years delivering introductory coach training courses and one-to-one coaching to staff at many levels, and from a range of business units from across the company.
Now I have turned that corporate grounding into the springboard to enable me to do something challenging and rewarding – to establish my own coaching, training and consultancy practice.
You will find me confident but not arrogant, experienced but still willing to learn, supportive but prepared to challenge. Above all, I’m able to energise and motivate others to meet challenging goals and I thoroughly enjoy doing so.
I'm an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching, and a certified PRISM Practitioner.
